Requirements:
· Master degree or Bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
· Practical experience in marine/offshore related projects
· Experience from Offshore Automation and/or Subsea systems
· Good communication skills both internal and external
· Focus on fulfilling the customers needs and expectations
· Quality minded
Main Tasks:
· Administrative and manage both external and internal projects
· Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules and cost calculations
· Plan and request resources in due time in cooperation with resource coordinator
· Prepare project goals and charter together with the project owner
· Motivate the project team to gain the project goals
· Follow up and control of cost, schedules and surveillance of the project progress
· Establish and maintain project archive
· Prepare periodic reports, both internal and external
· Contribute to a good team spirit in the projects
· Contribute to continuous improvement
· Primary contact for customers
· Use SCRUM for project execution when feasible
· Continuously improve quality and project routines

Work location is Trondheim, Norway. The position reports to Department Manager Subsea Technology in Trondheim.
