Weatherford Petroleum Consultants and the SCAL-team provide consultancy within all categories of Special Core Analysis. Our main target is to advice the most proper Relative permeability- and Capillary pressure curves to be used for your companies field applications.
We can participate during the planning of the SCAL program as it can be performed at the laboratory with Reslab Reservoir Laboratories as well as determining flow properties from experimental data and further conclude and advice recommendations for field applications. We will use Sendra to ensure the experimental performance is verified as we account for the capillary pressure effects.
We also offer the service to review and validate your existing flow properties. We can go though the original reports and raw data to check whether any improvements may be obtained by re-interpreting your present relative permeability curves by modern interpretation. If sufficient raw-data are available, we can verify the experimental performance as well as the interpreted curves by the core flow simulator Sendra. It is therefore possible to obtain quality assured relative permeability curves without initiating a new SCAL program. This may end up with new recommendations that may benefits the reservoir performance.
We further offer personnel participating in the customers core analysis teams, and can perform quality control of old and new data at customers location or in-house.
Together with our reservoir engineers we will also advice with WAG and SWAG operations as well as three-phase performance and blow-down.
