Sendra 2010.1 - NEWS
We are now happy to release this years version of Sendra – Sendra 2010. Sendra 2010 is a core flow simulator for simulation of SCAL experiments and determination of relative permeabilities and capillary pressure.

Major improvements and upgrades are:
  • The plotting package has been upgraded and hence Sendra has become more stable
  • Composite plots: It is now possible to display several plots in one plot window - up to six is available
  • The tables have been further cleaned and refined - hence Sendra behaves more stable
  • When Gas-oil experiments are analyzed, the saturation axis is Gas saturation, Sg. For Oil-water and Water-gas experiments the saturation axis is Water saturation, Sw
  • Default name when saving a file is now the "Project name". Previously it was the first Experiment in the Project explorer
  • Experimental error is now accessed by right click on the data column in the item "Experimental data"
  • Relative permeability and Capillary pressure parameters exhibits a scroll-bar to the right for accessing the parameters properly on laptops
  • There is no templates from Sendra v1.10. The user need to enter the data though the Wizard, "File > New project" and then fill in the appropriate fields
  • A number of minor bug fixes to remove various freezing of the software

Sendra 2010 is based upon the commercial core flow simulator Sendra that has been in the marked for more than a decade. It consists of the well tested core flow simulator and the optimization routine but is extensively extended for comparison and recommendations of flow properties for field applications through a well designed plotting feature.

Sendra 2010 is a tool for both research purposes as well as for laboratory personnel and for everyone involved in the SCAL area. It is tailor made for SCAL application and it is possible to use Sendra 2010 together with all available standard type of SCAL experiments (unsteady state, steady state and centrifuge experiment). Sendra 2010 can also be used for experimental design to validate important parameters such as amount of fluid needed, total time involved and flow property accuracy prior to experimentation.

If you are looking to optimize your SCAL data, verify your SCAL experiments and to reduce your experimental effort, you should indeed take a closer look at Sendra 2010 and discover what this software can do for you.
