By requesting a demo-license of Sendra you automatically commit to the following:
This agreement allows the customer to use the licensed program for evaluation
at the installation site and in connections with this store, transfer or visually display the program, using
the relevant machine(s).
During the evaluation period the licensed programs will be available for
non-productive use only. The aim of the evaluation period is to enable the customer to ascertain whether the program
functions, as selected by the customer, are compatible and whether the programs
meet the customers requirement.
The evaluation license cannot be used for decision making, design or planning
purposes without express written authority from Weaterford Petroleum Consultants AS.
The customer shall copy neither the programs nor any parts thereof. As part of
the customers obligation under this agreement, the customer shall take all
necessary precautions in respect of the personnel given access to the programs.
The programs may not be distributed to any third party, without express written
authority from Weaterford Petroleum Consultants AS.
The customer shall not make the programs available in any form whatsoever, to
anyone, including persons present on the customers premises in connection with
legitimate use of the programs, other than for his own and Weaterford Petroleum
Consultants AS employees, without written authority from Weaterford Petroleum
Consultants AS.
In accordance with this agreement, the customers rights and obligations cannot
be transferred to a third party without prior written authority from Weaterford
Petroleum Consultants AS.
Weaterford Petroleum Consultants AS disclaims any liability or responsibility
for any damage caused by the performance or lack of performance of the licensed
program.
Weaterford Petroleum Consultants AS accepts no responsibility for any indirect
damage including amongst others, loss of income, loss of anticipated savings or
loss of anticipated profits, even in the event of Weatherford Petroleum
Consultants AS being informed of the likelihood of such occurrences.
